Time again for some thrilling heroics!

Hey Browncoats! Our early edition Quarter page PDF Flyer is now ready. Help spread the word! Maybe even in time for Free Comic Book Day on Saturday!

This flyer has been created so that all Browncoats in the Chicago area can help in getting out the word about our 2011 charity screening to raise funds & awareness for Equality Now.

To make it as easy as possible, the title of the document includes the printing instructions. Ultra Orange is a widely available bright-hue paper from Mohawk which is an approximate color to the oranges used in CSTS graphics. The flyers can be printed four to a page in black & still look sharp! There is no 'wrong' way to do it, but these guidelines will help save printing costs and make sure they have a strong impact. This original is in full color which is best for online use or if printing out a full page to use as a larger display piece until our more complete posters become available.

Revisions will be made as further details work themselves out, so please join our site to be kept up to date with the latest.

This is a public document. Please use it. 'Like' it, post it, print it, blog it, make origami out of it if it helps spread the Signal(Sorry, there is no square version). It is here for our use to make sure we have yet another fabulous & Shiny CSTS event this year!

Please be respectful of the locations where flyers are left. Many places require permission first. Please follow the guidelines these locations set, but don't be shy. Ask them if they are willing to put up a poster or two as well, or even if they might be interested in becoming a Sponsor. Help spread the CSTS word

Help make our 6th annual CSTS event a memorable one that raises awareness & cashy money for two great causes by being a part of the effort to spread the news. Planning officially underway for our 2011 screening!

The initial planning meeting for our 2011 CSTS screening took place on Saturday over delicious Dim Sum. 

We created a loose overall outline and initial list of what needs to be done to make this yet another successful & fun fundraising & awareness night for Equality Now and for all Browncoats and those that love us.

Our Costume Contest will be back along with other favorite highlights from years past.

Opportunities to get involved abound, and vary greatly in scope. To keep it in order I will be making a post soon that will be updated with help & skills needed.

The base criteria are:

• A desire & willingness to help
• Not biting off more than you can chew
• An ability to play at least as well as Jayne with others
• No Reavers (Costume Reavers are fine)
